Our studio at Green Planet Kids is conveniently located on the Green Line,

one block from the Newton Highlands T stop. 

 

Parking for your car.

There is metered and non-metered parking available in the nearby Hartford St.  lot and on the street in the village center as well as non-metered parking on nearby residential streets.

 

Parking for your stroller. 

Larger strollers that cannot be easily folded away can be left in the hallway of the building next door to Green Planet Kids.

 

Getting Here

Car:

From 128:  Take 128 north or south to Rt. 9 eastbound.

 

From Rt. 9:  Traveling eastbound from the Natick or Wellesley area,  take Rt. 9 past 128 to Woodward St. in Newton. Traveling westbound from Brookline or Boston, Woodward St. comes before 128. 

At the intersection of Woodward and Rt. 9 you will see Huntington TV (on your left if you are going westbound) and Sunoco on your right (westbound).  Turn onto Woodward St. (toward Huntington TV).  The second right is Lincoln St. Take Lincoln St. into the village square.  Green Planet Kids will be on your right.  There is metered parking on the street and in a public lot on Hartford St. just before Green Planet Kids.  There is non-metered parking on the residential streets surrounding the square.

 

Train: 

Take the Green Line D train to the Newton Highlands stop.  Exit the station on Walnut St. and walk one block down Lincoln St.   If you don't see retail shops when you exit the station you exited the wrong direction. Green Planet Kids will be on your left.

Bus:  Take the #59 bus which runs from Watertown Square to Needham Junction.  Get off at the corner of Walnut and Lincoln Streets (at the Bank of America).  Walk one block down Lincoln St.  Green Planet Kids will be on your left.
